Shillong, July 16: A local court in Shillong on Wednesday reserved its order on the bail application moved by advocate Devesh Sharma on behalf of Silome James, one of the co-accused in the sensational Raja Raghuvanshi murder case. James was produced before the court through virtual mode.
James, who is currently under 14-day judicial custody, was arrested for allegedly destroying and concealing key evidence, including a pistol, ammunition, and a substantial amount of cash. The recovered items were reportedly taken from a bag belonging to co-accused Sonam Raghuvanshi.
Earlier, the court has already granted bail to two other co-accused in the case — Balbir Ahirbar alias Ballu and Lokendra Singh Tomar.
