With regard to the infant’s death, Tynsong said the Government had discussed the matter with the nearest PHC and CHC but was yet to receive information. He said the Government had been taking steps since 2013 to connect unconnected villages and improve existing roads.
“We have already discussed with nearest PHC CHC and we are yet to get any information. As far as the road connectivity is concern, I think you must have seen that right from 2013 we already taken initiative, we have started, some villages which is totally unconnected now it is being connected. And then some villages which has the road but the road is more or less like a jungle road, that also we have improved it,” Tynsong said.
He added, “Yes I don’t say that 100 percent has been done. We are trying to reach out to those habitation where the connectivity is not there at all and we are committed. During this government we have tried our best and we keep trying and our aim is to make sure that every habitation are well connected.”
