SHILLONG: Miscreants hurled a petrol bomb at the Nongmensong Police Outpost in Shillong on Thursday night, with police confirming that the attack caused no injuries or damage.
The incident took place around 9.20 p.m., Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills, Vivek Syiem said.
“The incident happened outside our post, no injury, no damage,” Syiem said.
He said there had been no casualty in the attack.
A case is being registered and an investigation is under way to identify and apprehend those involved, the officer said.
